Are the sizes of the prints the image size or the total size?

The sizes listed are the outside dimensions of the mat. The image sizes will be a bit less than the size listed, however, the size listed will fit in frames of that size. If the order is for a 12x18 mat, the outer dimensions of the mat will be 12x18 and will fit in a 12x18 frame.

How long does shipping take?

Unfortunately, due to covid, we cannot guarantee any shipping times. Normally it takes about 5 business days to make the print and mat it and then another 5-7 days to ship. If the image is shipping internationally shipping times may be closer to 14 days.

What is the process of making your prints?

Every photo is printed on high-quality photo paper. The type of paper will vary with each image. Most landscape and nature images will be printed on glossy paper for the colors to stand out. Black and white photos will normally be printed on either matt or velvet paper so the black and white color isn’t faded when the image is printed.

After the photos are printed, we cut the matboard to the dimensions ordered, mount the photo to a backboard, and attach the mat to the backboard and then package and ship the print directly to you.

Can I order something bigger than what is listed on the website?

Yes, absolutely! We take custom orders of our prints. If you wanted a custom print done to certain specifications please send us an email of what print and size you would like and we would be happy to send you a quote.

Do you do events?

Yes, we would be happy to do your events! While we don’t currently have an event portfolio on our website, please see the “People” page that can be navigated from the home screen to see our work involving people. Email us and we will send you a quote and discuss details.
